Will 100W charge a MacBook Pro?
It will charge a 14-inch MacBook Pro at full speed. A 16-inch model can draw up to 140W, so it charges, just more slowly under heavy load — step up to a 140W charger if that is your machine.
Does using all four ports reduce speed?
Yes. The 100W is a shared total, so the charger splits it between active ports. A laptop alone gets the full amount; a laptop plus three devices does not.
